Clear Quartz crystal is best for increasing personal energy. It resonates with all the chakras and is used by healers as an energy amplifier. Clear Quartz is also used for manifestation and protection as well as strengthening the aura and balancing the energy systems of the body.

Amber, malachite, opal. silver, platinum, jasper and topaz. I think bloodstone and moonstone work as well, although their healing properties are not listed as increasing energy.
Just a note… you may need to increase your iron. When your iron levels get low in your blood, low energy is common. Green leafy veggies and red meat pack iron.

clear quartz, carnelian, hematite, tigers eye. Fluorite, I found, is the msot powerful.
