How to know that the gemstone of Coral (mangal) is pure or not?

I’ve been told to wear Coral (the gemstome of mangal/mars planet) of 7 carrat. I wanted to know if there r any ways to decide whether the gemstone that I’ve purchased is pure or not. If there r please mention them. It’s kind of urgent for me!

The best way to check a Gemstone is to get it tested from a Gemstone testing lab. So kindly get it checked from there. I am an established Gemstone specialist and I would like to give you some advice on this matter. If a good astrologer has told you to wear this Gemstone then definitely go ahead, but if you’re wearing it on the advice of some Amateur astrologer or some friend, kindly think twice.
